The event lasted until 4/4/2024 at 11:59 PM. Flooding caused lane closures on major highways, including the Major Deegan Expressway, Bronx River Parkway, and Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, with a full closure on the Henry Hudson Parkway in Manhattan. High winds led to bridge restrictions and ferry service suspensions.
