Event Summary

Due to an electrical fire in a generator located in the sub-basement of 110 William Street, the building lost power and was not accessible to tenants on Friday, January 4th. Con Edision was on-site assessing and effecting repairs. Building Management immediately advised ACS that staff would need to find alternative workspaces on Friday, and that an announcement would be forthcoming over the weekend concerning re-occupancy on Monday. Building Management advised ACS staff arriving at the building to report to 150 William Street, ACS HQ for further instructions. COOP principless were used to find alternative spaces and IT connectivity for staff. COOP principles were followed to message staff over the weekend about returning to work once we received the ALL CLEAR message.
