Narrative

A low pressure system over the southcentral United States on Monday, November 25th moved northeast and passed over the local region during Tuesday morning, November 26th. It caused from 1 to just over 2 inches of rainfall across the area. The heavy rain caused some small stream, street, and poor drainage flooding. At Westchester County Airport in White Plains, 1.78 inches of rain was measured.
