Event Summary

A powerful low tracked across the Tri-State on the 8th, producing damaging winds across portions of the Lower Hudson Valley and New York City. A tree and large branches fell into a Garage between east 18th Street and Avenue L. Multiple power lines were reported down 3 miles South West of Pelham Manor in the Bronx. Scaffold collapsed from the 12th floor into the 11th floor of a building at 400 West Street.
