Event Summary

A spotter reported dime size hail. A 25 year old man was struck and killed by lightning at 835 pm while watching thunderstorms from the roof of a four-story building located at 365 Broome Street. A 24 year old woman was also injured in the event. Local police reported that several trees and power lines were knocked down by this storm.
